This Mount Rinjani Trekking packages 3 days and 2 nights is designed for good shape of level fitness, must be in really good shape body (Recommended). this is not suit for the beginners or weak level fitness. This trip start from Senaru and finish in Sembalun village. The target of this trip is camping on mount rinjani senaru crater rim at the first night, walking down to the lake and visiting the hot spring than ascend up to the second crater rim where camping for the second night will be taken (mount rinjani sembalun crater rim), and at 02.00am heading up to hike the highest peak of Mount rinjani/Summit (3.726mdpl)
The Detail Itinerary
Arrival day: We will pick you up from any destination places in lombok such as from Senggigi, Kuta, Gilies, Mataram or another places of your current destination, and we will drive you to Senaru village where our company Rony Adventure Office located. If we arrive in Senaru before 04.00pm at noon, we may go to see the amazing waterfalls Sendang gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls.

Day 1: Rinjani trekking, Senaru village (601m) – Senaru Crater Rim (2641m)
Wake up at 6:30 am and having a breakfast at the Bungalow. After that, we’ll walk up to Rinjani Trek Center Senaru for registering, just e few meters from our office Rony Adventure. This Hiking Activity start from Rinjani Trek center Senaru around 8:00am.

Begin the trek through thick tropical forest rich with flora, bird life and variety of butterflies. Rest stops are taken first at Pos 1 Stop Break as the local called Pemantauan for about 45 minutes after walking

After a moment, continue walk up to Pos 2 Montong Satas Shelter (1.500m ) for about 1.45 hours walking. Here you will have a lunch that has been prepared and cooked by the porters (ground man)

After having an enough rest, continuing walk up and start climb a bit steep path for 2 hours to Pos 3 stop area Mondokan Lolak (2.000m). Resting here before going up to the last part of the trail of the base camp of Mount Rinjani Senaru Crater Rim.

Leaving Pos 3 climbing up to the Senaru Crater Rim (2641m) for 2 hours. This is the last part of the trails up to the base camp and more challenge as it is more steep and dusty path. and on the last 10 minutes walking, start climb a trail with rock.
Rinjani Senaru crater rim has the second most spectacular view after the Summit (the highest of Mt. Rinjani).

After Struggling walking up from the base to Crater rim, all the fatigue will be paid by for the extraordinary view of Mount rinjani sunset beauty. finally We will enjoy the incredible sunset over mountain Agung in Bali and smoke from the new volcano close to the lake. We will camp on the crater rim for the night.

Day 2 : Rinjani trekking, Senaru crater rim (2641m)–Segara Anak lake (2.000 m)–Senaru crater rim (2.641 m)
After breakfast We’ll continue our journey down to the lake and hot spring. The trail down is steep and a bit slippery, which takes 2.5 hours to reach. We stop at the lakeside for some of rests. Here we can enjoy and swim in the lake also visiting the hot spring as well. the water of hot spring can soothe away your aches and pains because of the trek time and are widely known for its natural healing powers.

We’ll leave the lake after lunch at the lake base camp and climb up to the Sembalun crater rim (2639m) for 2.5 hours, We will overcamp for the second night at Sembalun crater rim. We can enjoy the awesome views of sunrise and sunset. On a clear day, we will be able to see the Milky Way.

Day 3 : Rinjani trekking ⇒ Sembalun crater rim (2.639 m) – Summit (3.726m) – Sembalun village (1.100m)
Wake up around 2:00am under the cover of darkness with hot drinks and light breakfast. We’ll start heading to Rinjani summit at 3:00am. We begin with a moderate climb, followed by a fairly easy but longer walk. The last path to summit involves a steep climb over loose volcanic scree.
At about 6:00am, reaching the highest top of mount rinjani. Celebrate our accomplishment with the beautiful sunrise, and panoramic view of lombok Island, Bali island, Sumbawa Island and segara anak lake..

After that, we’ll descend back down to Sembalun crater rim in 2 hours and have breakfast there. We’ll continue to descend to sembalun village, which takes 5 hours to reach. The car will take us to Senaru village and transfer you to your next destination.
